Meet the Thrapston FC Women Coaching Team for 2025/26

A new season, a new setup, and big ambition for the year ahead.

We’re excited to officially announce the Thrapston FC Women coaching team for the 2025/26 season – a group packed with experience, passion and a clear vision for the future.

Martin Jenkins – Manager
Martin takes the reins after two strong years at the club, already making a big impact behind the scenes. With coaching experience in both England and the US, Martin brings tactical know-how, calm leadership, and a deep understanding of what makes this team tick. He’s the right person to lead us forward.

Jenna Kiely – Assistant Manager
A true Thrapston FC original. Jenna’s been with the club since day one back in 2011 – as a player, a captain, and now, as Assistant Manager. She holds her UEFA C licence and is currently working towards her UEFA B. She brings drive, belief and bags of loyalty. We’re buzzing to see her step up.

Jenna Lusk – First Team Coach
Another brilliant appointment. Jenna joins the coaching team with a UEFA B licence and valuable experience from her time with Peterborough United. A commanding presence on the pitch in recent seasons, she now brings her insight and leadership into the technical area.

With two UEFA-licensed female coaches on the team and Martin at the helm, we’re building something serious. One that pushes standards, champions development, and puts people first.
